At Kayben Farms, we strive to offer superior plants and straightforward instructions to provide you with the best possible success in your garden.
Our Conditional Warranty is one year from date of purchase for trees and shrubs. Warranty extends to two years on trees & shrubs supplied and installed by Kayben Farms. Perennials are warranted for season of purchase only. Perennial warranty extends to one year for plant material supplied and installed by Kayben Farms.
Warranty covers a one time replacement of any failed tree, shrub or perennial when proper care and maintenance has been provided. If the plant is lost due to any mechanical damage, neglect or improper care (including over or under watering) or extreme weather, insect or disease infestation, we do share your disappointment, but cannot share your loss; the Warranty is void.
Returns / Replacement Policy
Please call us for advice should your plant begin to suffer after planting. It is not recommended that you remove the plant without first consulting with us regarding it’s chances of recovery. You may be removing a live plant and void your warranty by doing so.
We will replace with identical (or closest alternative), or give an in-store credit for the cost of plants trees and shrubs when accompanied by proof of purchase, and evidence that proper care and maintenance has been provided. Warranty extends to the original purchase value only. No cash refunds.
There is no warranty on:
- FREE Trees, Shrubs, Plants,
- Replacement trees/shrub(s)
- Bare root trees
- Sod
- Annuals (basket stuffers, herbs, vegetables)
- Hanging baskets & Container gardens
- Clearance (final sale) items
- Wholesale products
- Plant material not recommended for the Foothills Region (i.e.: cedars)
